The opportunity
The Alliances Sales Execution Lead role represents a pivotal opportunity to work in close alignment with the Global Alliances Sales Leader to shape and operationalize EY’s global sales strategy across a dynamic ecosystem of strategic alliances—including Microsoft, SAP, ServiceNow, Snowflake, Dell, Nvidia, and IBM. Positioned at the Director level, this role is central to driving execution of globally prioritized sales motions that unlock multi-alliance transformation opportunities and position EY at the forefront of technology-led innovation. It ensures strategic alignment with Industry, Service Lines and regional growth imperatives, as well as the broader Sales Transformation initiatives in Clients and Industries.
The role coordinates and contributes to Alliances sales plans, quarterly business reviews, sales forecasting, investment planning and other EY governance committees and forums. The Execution Lead will also foster and sustain a vibrant Alliances Sales community, globally, and support Super Regions to scale their sales capabilities through best practices and gearing models to reinforce EY’s position as a trusted partner and accelerate alliance-driven revenue growth.

The compensation ranges below are provided in order to comply with United States pay transparency laws. Other geographies will follow their local salary guidelines, which may not be a direct conversion of published US salary ranges. We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $207,100 to $410,100 . The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $248,600 to $466,100 . Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.

- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent qualification required
- Project Management qualifications preferred
- 12+ years of complex and large sales enablement experience
- As the job involves responding to clients' needs and varying time zones, flexibility to work extended hours
