Precision Well Servicing is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Administrator to join our team!
This position to be based out of our Red Deer facility. Our teams have returned to our office facilities, and remote work is not available for this role.

What will you do?
- Responsible for day-to-day processing of purchase order requests from creation through to completion
- Adheres to policies and procedures surrounding spending limits, approval allowances and receiving processes
- Accurately process receiving documents and maintain records in procurement systems in accordance with Precision's policies and procedures
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable to ensure the smooth processing of the company's transactions
- Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the procurement function
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a Procurement related role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities, while maintaining attention to detail and data accuracy
- Demonstrate ability to take initiative, to work independently and follow through on work assignments
- Demonstrate teamwork attributes
- Ability and propensity to use judgement and re-evaluate decisions when presented with new information
- Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills when faced with challenges
- Experience creating purchase orders; previous experience using Microsoft Dynamics AX is an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service and vendor relationship skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
