What You'll Bring
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
- A passion for understanding customer needs and market trends through research and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, or similar) and an eagerness to learn new software.
- Experience with or interest in digital marketing concepts, particularly SEO.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to shared goals.
- Curiosity and a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organization and project management skills
- Great communication skills, and able to navigate across multiple teams
- Actively enrolled in a post-secondary education program.
- A graduation date at least 4 months after the co-op term ends.
- Highly detail oriented and pay close attention to the specifics of problems, questions, and projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Available for 8 month co-op work term
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada for the duration of the co-op term, without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
- Ability to work in our Toronto office a minimum of 3 days per week.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and participate in customer research sessions.
- Create and share summaries of customer research.
- Pull data and develop data-backed insights that will help drive strategy.
- Collaborate with other team members and cross-functional colleagues (eg. product management, analytics, XD).
- Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas.
- Monitor competitor activities; create summary presentations.
- Help organize virtual tax events in collaboration with external partners.
- Get ready to learn from the best in-class marketers and take your skills to the next level!
- Assist with submitting Search Engine Optimization (SEO) related tickets for the web ops team to execute against
- Oversee progress of each SEO ticket and lead the efforts of completing them on time
