We're looking for a Senior Support Analyst to lead technical excellence within our Support team. This is a replacement opportunity and a hands-on, strategic role for someone who thrives in a flexible, collaborative, and results-driven environment.

You'll be the top technical resource—solving complex issues, mentoring the team, and shaping how support scales with the business. If you're passionate about continuous improvement and enabling customer success, this is your chance to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own complex ticket escalations and guide junior team members
  • Champion knowledge-sharing, training, and team development
  • Identify and implement cross-functional process improvements
  • Represent Support in technical discussions and strategic initiatives
  • Manage smooth transitions of new customers into Support
  • Ensure strong SLA performance and accountability
  • Evaluate and onboard tasks from other departments into Support

What You Bring

  • Experience supporting Transport Management Systems
  • Strong understanding of transport & haulage operations
  • Knowledge of EDI protocols (EDIFACT, XML, X12)
  • Proficiency in SQL for troubleshooting and data handling
  • Proven ability to mentor and train technical staff

  • Standard hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Occasionally, the individual will be required to work a late shift from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM EST

Salary Range: $55,000-60,000 CAD- Compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for this position only. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills as well as the years of experience you have. Similar positions located in different geographic regions will not necessarily receive the same compensation.
