What You’ll Tackle Next
- Design, test, and iterate multi‑touch outbound campaigns (cold email, cold call, LinkedIn) focusing on e‑commerce brands generating $20 M+ in annual GMV and targeting senior decision‑makers such as Directors of Marketing, CMOs, CEOs, and VPs of Marketing; leverage intent data and personalization to maximize open and reply rates.
- Partner with Marketing to align messaging, with RevOps to ensure airtight funnel instrumentation, and with Product to relay market feedback.
- Own outbound tech stack and introduce best‑in‑class playbooks.
- Consistently exceed pipeline targets, report learnings, and scale successful motions across the sales org.
- 3+ years in SaaS BDR/SDR or full‑cycle outbound sales with a proven track record of hitting or beating quota.
- Experience leading or building outbound programs from scratch - comfortable taking big swings, measuring results, and iterating fast.
- Mastery of cold email strategy (copywriting, A/B testing, sequencing) and cold calling (objection handling, call frameworks).
- Data‑driven: fluent with CRM (Salesforce) and analytics; able to slice conversion metrics and spot optimization levers.
- Strong communication skills pairing consultative discovery with concise storytelling - able to craft value‑driven messages that resonate with senior decision‑makers - Directors of Marketing, CMOs, CEOs, and other C‑suite e‑commerce leaders.
- Familiarity with e‑commerce or MarTech is a plus; genuine excitement to evangelize AI’s impact on retention and personalization is a must.
- Thrives in an fast-paced environment; bias toward action, ownership, and continuous experimentation.

- Hybrid: 4 days/week in our downtown Austin HQ; open to remote within US time zones with periodic Austin travel.
