Who are you?
You are an application specialist with solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, ERP and CRM systems. You enjoy sharing your application knowledge with end-users, providing both informal and formal training sessions. As an Application and Training specialist, you are committed to providing application support for incoming queries on current and new business applications. Your proactive and professional approach to problem-solving has resulted in strong work relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you should have 3+ years of practical IT experience working on various applications, and a post-second education in Information Technology. You have experience providing desk side and technical support for operations software including ERPs and SharePoint. Your strong technical knowledge has allowed you to quickly learn new applications and technologies. Experience following OWASP, NIST and/or ISO 27034 security standards in developing/deploying applications is an asset. You have excellent written and oral communication skills in English and are confident presenting training sessions in group settings. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
