We are seeking a Production Planning Analyst to be part of a dynamic team at the heart of the action. Under the authority of the S&OP director, the position is based in Sherbrooke and offers a flexible work arrangement of 50% remote and 50% in office. As part of your role, you’ll be significantly contributing to the organization's growth. You will take a leading role in guiding decision-makers towards achieving an optimal balance between market demand, internal capacities, inventory levels, and BRP's financial objectives.

You’ll Have The Opportunity To
- Collaborate in establishing and optimizing production plans for snowmobiles and three-wheeled vehicles.
- Set up visuals and reports to facilitate thorough inventory analysis and sound management.
- Continuously adapt and optimize the production plan to better respond to global market demand, while considering various constraints and different operational needs.
- Develop preliminary scenarios for long-term capacity planning in production to determine the next steps, potential directions, and future capacity investments.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations to explain strategies and facilitate effective decision-making.
- A diploma of college studies (DCS) or bachelor's degree in administration, management information systems, operations management, or equivalent.
- A strong ability to collect, analyze, and utilize data to facilitate decision-making.
- Mastery of data manipulation software (SnowFlake, SQL, SAP S/4HANA, IBP, and the Office suite).
- Team spirit with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
- A proficient communicator in French and English. The requirement for English language proficiency is necessary to work with various global collaborators.
