We extend our respect to all First Nations, Inuit and Métis Peoples for their valuable past and present contributions to this land.Job Description:Under the general direction of Early Learning Services and the program Supervisor, the EDP Facilitator will:provide active and engaged supervision to children between the ages of 4 – 12 yrs in our before and after school programs;provide opportunities for children that help to support physical, cognitive, emotional and social development;follow the program philosophy of a relaxed, warm and safe environment in order to help to nurture and support children and their families.Required Qualifications:Consideration will be given to those who have successfully graduated from the Child and Youth Worker, Developmental Service Worker, or Recreation & Leisure programs;Candidates must have experience working with Kindergarten and/or School Age children;valid First Aid and CPR.Contract positions are offered for September through June at various locationsAnnual (or Hourly) Salary: The hourly wage for this position is $23.54 per hour.How to Apply: All applications for the position must be submitted through Apply to Education.
