About The Role

The Product Owner for Apigee will play a crucial role in managing Apigee as a product and driving its integration across Intact. This position is pivotal to advancing our API strategy, and the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development, enhancement, and adoption of the Apigee platform.

What You'll Do Here

  • Manage Apigee platform features and enhancements, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and API strategies.
  • Prioritize development initiatives and oversee the implementation of new features to drive the platform's value.
  • Prepare and maintain an up-to-date and strategically aligned backlog of platform features and updates.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from clients, developers, and stakeholders to inform feature development and improvements.
  • Ensure Apigee platform initiatives align with broader business goals and objectives.
  • Champion the Apigee platform internally, promoting its benefits and encouraging adoption across various teams and departments.
  • Facilitate and drive alignment and consensus among diverse stakeholders regarding the use and evolution of the Apigee platform.
  • Monitor platform performance and user satisfaction; identify opportunities for enhancements and optimizations.

What You Bring To The Table

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience as Product Owner, with a focus on API management or related technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Apigee and its role within a larger API strategy.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent planning and organizational abilities, with a capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive alignment and consensus among various stakeholders.
  • Proactive, self-starter attitude with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country
