The Project Manager is responsible for completing transversal technology projects on time, on budget and to quality standards. He/she will also ensure smooth communication between stakeholders and proactively manage risks.
Your Next Challenge
- Clarify objectives, deliverables and milestones for cross-functional or more complex technology projects.
- Ensure quality standards in terms of documentation, project structure, meeting legal requirements.
- Develop and monitor project plans (schedule, budget, resources).
- Coordinate technical teams (developers, engineers, analysts) and project stakeholders.
- Monitor progress, identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Manage scope changes, priorities and stakeholder expectations.
- Use project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Miro, Confluence).
- Prepare and lead follow-up meetings (steering committees, governance).
- Guarantee the quality of deliverables and end-user satisfaction.
- Degree in computer science, engineering or project management
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management (an asset if projects are in IT)
- PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum Master certification (an asset)
- Bilingualism French/English
- Excellent command of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban)
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of web, cloud, software or information systems technologies
- Proficiency in collaborative tools (eg. Microsoft Teams)
- Ability to evolve in a dynamic and constantly changing environment
