JOB SUMMARY

The Contracts & Sales Support Analyst position for Alternate Care is responsible for providing support by managing and maintaining customer and vendor contract performance to ensure our contracts align with the business objectives.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Sales team in providing prices quotes, contract information & standard SAP reports
  • Creates and reviews all contract price requests to ensure accuracy and margin profitability
  • Investigates and Collaborates with variance department to resolve all price discrepancies
  • Analyze and update any necessary vendor price increases
  • Maintains accurate customer group configuration
  • Routinely ensure contracts comply with policies and organizational performance goals
  • Provide customer sales support for ODSP clients
  • Consistently monitor contract performance and requirements to maintain up-to-date information such as any changes or manufacturer rebates. Errors in judgement or accuracy may result in reduced accountability, customer experience and financial impact to the business.
  • Build strong relationships with the sales team to establish a collaborative setting and support them with requests as needed


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: University / College diploma in business
  • 1-3 years successful sales experience considered an asset, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently with very minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and Vlookup.
  • Product knowledge considered an asset
  • SAP experience considered an asset
