Wholesale Production Assistant

Alforno is hiring a Nighttime Wholesale Production Assistant to join our growing production team.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about delivering freshly baked bread and pastries to Calgary and committed to quality and precision.

As part of the Teatro Group, Alforno offers the opportunity to work alongside industry leaders in a fast-paced, high-standard environment. The Wholesale Production Assistant is responsible for producing and packaging baked goods, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring accurate, timely order fulfillment while adhering to food safety protocols.

What are the duties to perform:

• Pack and double-check orders produced for wholesale clients
• Ensure orders are labelled and organized for delivery pickup
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Receive, store, and organize food supplies in storage areas
• Assist with a variety of prep tasks as required
