Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
- Assist with recruitment: job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities
- Respond to internal HR-related inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality
- Prepare reports, presentations and HR documentation
- Complete payroll and administer employee benefits
- Support hiring managers with onboarding new hires
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience with payroll processing
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Payworks is preferred
- Valid Class 5 Drivers Licence
- High level of discretion and respect for confidentiality
