Responsibilities:

  • Lead building science projects from concept to completion, including new construction and building envelope rehabilitation
  • Conduct site investigations, building assessments, and leak diagnostics
  • Prepare detailed technical reports, design documentation, and repair strategies
  • Perform contract administration, field reviews, and construction oversight
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects and engineers
  • Mentor and train junior technical staff


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • P.Eng. designation with a minimum of 5 years of experience in building science
  • Proven background in building envelope rehab or new construction projects
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality client service
  • Passionate about growing within the building science field and mentoring others
