YOUR DAY TO DAY LIFE
We are looking for a Lab Technician 1 in 4606 Canada Way, Burnaby, B.C. V5G 1K5 CAN. Your mission will be to:
Position Summary
Perform sample preparation/extractions of target compounds under specific matrices and provide general laboratory support in the analysis of samples.
Qualifications Required
Post-Secondary school education or equivalent experience
Detail oriented with accurate record keeping skills.
Qualifications Desired
Good time-management, communication, multi-tasking and priority setting skills.
Strong computer skills
Positive outlook with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment Adapt to a changing environment
Work both independently and as part of a team Must be able to learn quickly
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Review LIMS summary reports to plan and organize daily work
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) when conducting following work:

At any time, the incumbent must behave and operate in an ethical and Code of Conduct compliant manner.

Pay: $20.36 - $23.57 CAD
