Dufresne Furniture and Appliances is currently seeking a Service Supervisor for our Kenora store located at 1077 Railway Street.
As a Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining Dufresne as the industry leader in customer satisfaction. In this role you will allocate all service expenses and documentation for service guests and vendors, providing an excellent guest experience.

- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external guests
- Answer and return guest calls in a timely and professional manner
- Support guests following the company’s resolution process
- Process Extended Warranty claims and recoveries
- Understand and follow all safe work practices and rules
- Ensure that the level of support matches or exceeds guest requirements
- Consistently offer feedback and recommendations regarding customer service or product issues
- Answer guest questions during in-home inspections
- Inspect and manage damaged goods. Assess if product can be repaired or needs to be replaced
- Prepare the schedule for Manifest Transfers
- Assist drivers daily on the inflow of stock, and manage and reorder transportation supplies
- High School Diploma with 1-2 years of customer service experience is preferred
- Good computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and the ability to learn in-house computer programs
- Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette with the ability to negotiate tactfully and act with diplomacy and respect
- Ability to maintain composure and work well under pressure
- Well-organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Valid Class G Driver’s license with a clean Driver’s abstract
- A Criminal Record Check will be required
