Role description:
At Arcadis, we are on a mission to change the way people move, park, and ride through communities by using technology. HotSpot is Arcadis’ digital solution for parking management needs and accounts for around half of the company’s total product revenues. This new role, which will focus solely on HotSpot, forms part of a small product marketing team managing the marketing activity for a number of products across two portfolios – Transportation and Assets.
The Product Marketing Coordinator is responsible for fostering app adoption and revenue growth in key client markets (such as San Francisco and Vancouver), whilst reducing churn through consumer-facing marketing activities. This includes managing relationships with local marketing agencies to ensure effective execution of campaigns and strategies.
By analyzing member behaviour and trends, the Product Marketing Coordinator will provide key insights to influence the product roadmap and guide client implementations to increase membership revenues.
The role is part of the Transportation portfolio, reporting directly to the Product Marketing Manager and working day to day with the Product Marketing Specialist.
Role accountabilities:
- Deeply understand the factors driving membership adoption and retention.
- Segment audiences for targeted messaging that resonates with different user groups.
- Own successful marketing rollout of key client launches to drive app adoption.
- Master and execute lifecycle digital marketing campaigns to effectively communicate upsell opportunities and churn recovery initiatives, such as membership holds.
- Test and iterate on marketing campaigns based on data-driven insights.
- Manage external agencies to effectively execute innovative marketing strategies (i.e., digital, advertising, PR), providing clear direction, feedback, and monitoring KPIs.
- Ensure alignment between internal goals and agency deliverables, maintaining brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement in-product strategies that promote upselling of HotSpot memberships.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to predict and identify users at risk of churning.
- Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with the global design team asynchronously to create compelling marketing materials.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies to keep our offerings competitive.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Passionate about product marketing and using technology to improve the quality of life.
- Self-starter, organized, and has effective time management skills to manage deadlines, multiple projects, and specific customer requirements.
- Collaborates with colleagues and clients, forging strong, engaging long-term relationships.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Conducts thorough market research and has excellent communication skills, presenting insights in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Understands that metrics don't lie—is extremely data-driven and will develop core KPIs while working with our existing marketing infrastructure and tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience managing external agencies.
- Proficient in lifecycle digital marketing and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot and Pardot.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience across the following areas is an asset:
- Experience in B2C, consumer SaaS tech marketing, focusing on product and digital marketing.
- Experience with retention strategies, driving B2C subscriptions, and consumer apps.
- Experience working in or with a creative agency is desired

The salary range for this position is $56000 - $70,000. The base salary represents Arcadis’ hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualifications for the role
