We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team.
The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to the business, providing comprehensive HR support and guidance to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. Reporting to the VP of HR, the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will provide advice to business leaders, managers, and employees on all human resources related matters such as employee relations, rewards and recognition, talent management, change management, organization design, and team effectiveness.

Reporting to the VP of HR, the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will provide advice to business leaders, managers, and employees on all human resources related matters such as employee relations, rewards and recognition, talent management, change management, organization design, and team effectiveness.
What would a typical day look like?
- Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions, in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Leadership Coaching: Coach and enable leaders and management to be more effective leaders.
- Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal processes to ensure employees receive timely and constructive feedback.
- Learning and Development: Identify training needs and facilitate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Compensation and Benefits: Advise on compensation strategies, administer benefits programs, and ensure market competitiveness.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Utilize HR analytics to track key performance indicators and provide insights to drive informed business decisions.
- Compliance: Ensure HR practices and policies comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Workforce Planning: Drive discussions related to workforce planning and organizational design changes and provide recommendations.
- Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives and provide guidance on effective change management strategies.
- Employee Experience: Partner with the business to effectively lead through change with a focus on employee experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, such as Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience
- CHRP certifications will be an asset
- Minimum 3 plus years of HR Business Partner experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong experience in Talent Management and Employee Relations is required
- Experience in Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition is preferred
- Advanced working knowledge of relevant US employment legislations.
- Strategic and innovative thinker with the ability to prioritize and operationalize practical solutions and activities and meet deadlines in fast-paced, changing environment
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deal effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Reliable transportation and an ability to travel; although this position is focused on local clients and minimal travel is required, you should have the ability to travel within US and Canada
- While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to feel objects, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, talk and hear.
- Specific vision abilities required for the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
- Occasionally lifts or move up to 25 pounds
