Position Summary

As an Enhancement Crew Leader at CSL, you’ll oversee the delivery of high-quality enhancement and hardscape projects. From supervising your crew to operating equipment and solving problems in the field, this role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and a drive to get the job done safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and supervise a crew of 4–5 team members

  • Operate equipment including mini excavators, skid steers, and loaders

  • Plan daily tasks, assign duties, and manage site schedules

  • Order and coordinate materials and equipment deliveries

  • Ensure all projects meet timelines, budget, and quality standards

  • Maintain job site safety and enforce CSL’s safety practices

  • Complete all daily documentation: logs, JSAs, Toolbox Talks

  • Resolve site issues and adapt plans as needed

  • Guide crew in following all zoning laws and design specs

  • Train and mentor new and returning team members

  • Communicate regularly with supervisors and management

  • Participate in winter operations during the off-season

What You Bring
  • 2–3 years of experience in landscaping or property maintenance

  • At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role

  • Skilled in operating landscaping and construction equipment

  • Valid G license with a clean driver’s abstract

  • Strong communication and organizational abilities

  • Physically able to lift up to 70 lbs and work in all weather conditions

  • Comfortable with technology or willing to learn (Aspire, SiteDocs)
