Position SummaryAs an Enhancement Crew Leader at CSL, you’ll oversee the delivery of high-quality enhancement and hardscape projects. From supervising your crew to operating equipment and solving problems in the field, this role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and a drive to get the job done safely and efficiently.
What You'll DoLead and supervise a crew of 4–5 team members
Operate equipment including mini excavators, skid steers, and loaders
Plan daily tasks, assign duties, and manage site schedules
Order and coordinate materials and equipment deliveries
Ensure all projects meet timelines, budget, and quality standards
Maintain job site safety and enforce CSL’s safety practices
Complete all daily documentation: logs, JSAs, Toolbox Talks
Resolve site issues and adapt plans as needed
Guide crew in following all zoning laws and design specs
Train and mentor new and returning team members
Communicate regularly with supervisors and management
Participate in winter operations during the off-season
2–3 years of experience in landscaping or property maintenance
At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Skilled in operating landscaping and construction equipment
Valid G license with a clean driver’s abstract
Strong communication and organizational abilities
Physically able to lift up to 70 lbs and work in all weather conditions
Comfortable with technology or willing to learn (Aspire, SiteDocs)
