Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the strategic planning of digital transformation projects by identifying risks, optimization opportunities, and organizational impacts.
- Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders to map business processes, identify pain points, and define objectives.
- Design wireframes and interactive prototypes to illustrate the features of proposed solutions.
- Translate business requirements into clear, understandable, and validated functional specifications.
- Collaborate closely with development and integration teams to ensure the quality of the delivered solution while maintaining data integrity.
- Oversee project implementation and support users in adopting new solutions.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors, ensuring functional compliance and the quality of deliverables.
- Have a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or any other related field.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a digital transformation context, ideally in Payroll, HR, or Finance.
- Possess hands-on knowledge of one or more ERP systems, regardless of platform (Oracle, SAP, Workday, etc.).
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills, a structured approach, and attention to detail in documentation.
- Have excellent ability to explain technical and functional concepts in simple terms.
- Be able to communicate effectively in both French and English, spoken and written, in order to use systems and tools and to participate in various English-language interactions.
