In summary, what is the role about?
This is a high-impact leadership role where you will ensure the successful configuration and optimization of our ERP systems to support business objectives across manufacturing, inventory, order processing, and operations.
As ERP Business Lead, you’ll act as the bridge between IT and operational teams, while leading a small team and driving functional ERP improvements from end to end.

Your responsibilities
ERP System Optimization
Configure and customize ERP modules (Inventory, Production, Sales)
Translate business needs into technical specifications
Document and implement business processes
Fully own ERP enhancement deliverables
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with internal departments to validate needs and priorities
Act as an ERP subject-matter expert for manufacturing operations
Promote best practices and knowledge sharing
Team Leadership
Prioritize team initiatives and align them with corporate goals
Provide daily support and coaching
Foster collaboration and continuous improvement
Ideal profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
4–6 years of experience in ERP analysis, implementation, or systems management
Hands-on experience with D365 F&O, SAP, NetSuite, or equivalent ERP systems
Understanding of manufacturing cycles and financial impacts
Strong analytical, documentation, and testing skills
Bilingual: English and French (written and spoken)
Project management and leadership experience are strong assets
Background or certification in accounting is a plus
