Role Summary
We are looking for a confident and reliable Team Lead to represent Therabreath at the Honda Celebration of Light in Vancouver. As Team Lead, you will oversee a team of Brand Ambassadors, manage on-site logistics, and ensure smooth execution of a high-energy mouthwash sampling activation. You’ll play a key role in engaging with festival attendees and ensuring they leave with a positive brand experience.

Role Summary
We are looking for a confident and reliable Team Lead to represent Therabreath at the Honda Celebration of Light in Vancouver. As Team Lead, you will oversee a team of Brand Ambassadors, manage on-site logistics, and ensure smooth execution of a high-energy mouthwash sampling activation. You’ll play a key role in engaging with festival attendees and ensuring they leave with a positive brand experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate a team of Brand Ambassadors throughout the shift
- Lead set-up and tear-down of the booth; ensure cleanliness and organization throughout the day
- Deliver key brand messaging to consumers confidently and enthusiastically
- Oversee sample pouring and encourage trial of two Therabreath SKUs
- Track daily KPIs and gather team feedback
- Schedule and manage staff breaks
- Take and submit event photos for recap purposes
- Communicate effectively with your manager and client contacts onsite
- (If applicable) Pick up product samples before event days – mileage and time will be compensated
- Must be available for all three event days and training
- Previous experience as a Team Lead in experiential marketing is required
- Energetic, proactive, and approachable personality
- Comfortable with speaking to the public and managing a team in a busy festival setting
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
