The Sr BD Manager, Apps, will be the driving force in scaling LoyaltyPlay, Mistplay’s Games Reward Hub that enabled app developers, publishers and websites to drive incremental revenue, increase user retention and make life even more rewarding for their users.
We’re looking for someone with a breadth of trusted relationships across high-synergy verticals for the LoyaltyPlay product. The role will be a senior individual contribution opportunity, the 1st member of the new BD team for our new product line. You’ll be actively establishing and developing relationships with top enterprise prospects, building business cases and commercial incentives, and securing long term committed partnerships.
What You'll Do At Mistplay
Utilizing market intelligence tools, you will be identifying apps and websites that have scaled, captive audiences that could benefit from play-and-earn
In tandem with the B2B marketing team, you will map prospective partner organizations to bring clarity to buyers and decision makers, as well as assist in the development of content that speaks to the disparate ICPs we’ve built.
You will actively outreach to your existing network of contacts, as well as performing cold outreach to companies where we don’t currently hold deep relationships
Responsible for sales from start line to finish line, performing discovery calls, demo meeting, negotiating commercial terms and ensuring the team execute against the defined success plan established for each individual customer
Discovering and attending relevant conferences for the purpose of meeting with leads and prospective partners across a multitude of verticals
Keeping a strong account of all pipeline activities utilizing Salesforce and our internal forecasting tools to provide strong visibility into Mistplay’s Senior Leadership Team
What You Bring To Mistplay
Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience, including 4 years + sales experience, focused on SaaS, Affiliate Marketing or Performance Marketing
Good experience and ability working with Salesforce for pipeline management
Proven track record of driving partnerships that lead to meaningful revenue outcomes
Strong consultative selling skills - every deal is a little different and required quick thinking to co-create customer solutions

Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience selling offerwall solutions into app developers and gaming companies highly desirable
Previous exposure, either working for, or selling into eCommerce, Fintech, Telecommunications, Entertainment or Food & Drink
