Commercial Operations Manager

We are currently looking for aCommercial Operations Managerto play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing our commercial operations. Working with the SRM and Operations team, you’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including our National Accounts team, franchisees, and commercial customers, to ensure seamless execution of commercial projects.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with the SRM and Operations team to develop and achieve performance goals and long-term operational plans.
  • Enhance productivity and efficiency through process optimization and cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Lead strategic initiatives to standardize commercial operating procedures across Canada.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support operational improvement and decision-making.
  • Act as the liaison between the Corporate SRM Team, Canadian Home Office, and the franchise network, ensuring effective communication and operational alignment.
  • Implement and monitor day-to-day operational systems to track progress on key initiatives and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with department heads, external partners, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of commercial operations.
  • Support the franchise network in delivering high-quality commercial projects aligned with standard operating procedures and customer SLAs.
  • Drive key strategic initiatives to enhance operational processes and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Bring

  • Minimum five years of experience in commercial operations or project management, preferably in a related industry.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of operational principles across multiple functions, including finance, customer service, and production.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and optimize processes for efficiency and productivity.
  • Strong understanding of industry regulations and legal requirements.
  • Experience with project budgeting, scheduling, and performance metrics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in business management tools preferred
  • Superior negotiation and stakeholder management skills preferred.
