About Us

Odd Bunch is on a mission to shake up the food system. We rescue cosmetically imperfect and surplus produce (stuff grocery stores reject) and deliver it to Canadians at a fraction of the price. Our model fights food waste, supports local farmers, and helps households save thousands on groceries every year.

We recently launched Quirkies, our bold, personality-packed juice brand made with the same rescued produce. It's not just juice, it's a movement rooted in sustainability, creativity, and real ingredients.

As we expand Odd Bunch into new markets and grow the Quirkies brand, we're also investing in creator-led marketing and high-impact community engagement.

About The Role

We're looking for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to own and scale affiliate and influencer programs across both Odd Bunch and Quirkies. You'll be responsible for building and managing relationships with content creators, ambassadors, and affiliate partners who align with our brands' missions, driving both performance and awareness.

In this role, you'll also take the lead on influencer activations, community events, and sponsorships, bringing our partnerships to life both online and in person. This is a mid-level position ideal for someone who understands the full affiliate funnel from recruitment and onboarding to execution, optimization, and reporting, and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-led environment.
