What You’ll Like About This Job
KPIC Maintenance Services Inc. is hiring Millwrights in Regina, SK to perform mechanical maintenance and repairs at industrial sites, including grain handling and food processing facilities. This role includes equipment installation, preventative maintenance, welding, rigging, and mentorship of junior team members. Ideal candidates have mechanical aptitude, industrial experience, and relevant safety training or trade certification.

- Enrolled in or completion of Millwright apprenticeship (Journeyman preferred)
- Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience with industrial drives, bearings, and lubrication
- Valid driver’s licence and ability to work in hot/cold/dusty environments
- Safety tickets such as First Aid, Fall Arrest, WHMIS, CSTS, and Confined Space (preferred)
- Ability to use rigging, welding, forklifts, scissor lifts, and power tools
- CWB welding certification (flat or all-position)
- Agricultural or grain-handling industry experience
- Ability to mentor junior workers and manage tasks independently
- No prior safety violations within FWS Group
