Clinia is currently hiring a Technical Product Manager for our Engineering Team to bolster our efforts in advancing our platform. This role is key to the evolution of our product, aligning with our mission to bring health-grade search to our clients and partners, and facilitating access to care.

Your role

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Data Fabric. You will be responsible for driving the product development roadmap, gathering and analyzing user feedback, defining technical product requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize our development efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, possesses a strong technical background, and is passionate about delivering innovative solutions in healthcare.


As a Technical Product Manager in the Engineering Team you will:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including backend and frontend developers, UI/UX designers, other product managers and clients, to understand needs and define defgine requirements;
  • Prioritize and define the roadmap for developing platform features for data management, ensuring alignment with Clinia's business goals and product initiatives;
  • Regularly review and adjust the roadmap based on feedback and changes in priorities;
  • Work closely with the development team to communicateto define requirements and oversee the implementation of agnostic but configurable platform features;
  • Align team objectives so that modularity and customization stay central to every mechanic built into the platform to ensure configuration is possible and efficient;
  • Collaborate with the Retrieval team to integrate AI models seamlessly into Clinia's platform, considering factors like performance, security, and user experience;
  • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear communication of goals, progress, and challenges;
  • Work closely with the UI/UX team to integrate every platform feature seamlessly into the user interface, enhancing the overall user experience;
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer between the engineering team and other teams within Clinia, fostering a collaborative and informed work environment.


In terms of skills, you should have:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager in the Software Engineering and AI industries.
  • Strong understanding of event-driven systems and data-heavy systems, including Master Data Management concepts.
  • Hands-on experience managing the development of API-first products and administrative UIs.
  • Ability to create and use scripts to configure and operate product demos and walkthroughs.
  • Ability to establishdefine reliability requirements such as uptime, error conditions, expected system load, and performance expectations when defining new functionalities.
  • Solid project management and planning abilities.
  • Keen sense of partnership and ability to speak with clients and prospects.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
