Our Thunder Bay branch is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused team player to join our dynamic operation. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, organization, and flow of material and paperwork from shop to site.

Position Overview
Our Thunder Bay branch is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused team player to join our dynamic operation. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, organization, and flow of material and paperwork from shop to site.
Key Responsibilities
- Tag all rebar orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist with retail orders including:
- Preparing quotes
- Tagging materials
- Generating order paperwork
- Collecting payments
- Print and organize all shop and delivery drawings
- Reconcile retail inventory and shipment records
- Process and coordinate inspection requests as needed
- Support some purchasing functions
- Act as a backup for other administrative roles within the branch
- Schedule deliveries in coordination with trucking partners and job sites
- Maintain well-organized and accurate job and delivery records
- Perform other duties as assigned to support branch operations
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly and professional phone manner; strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
