The Role
We’re looking for a motivated, energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive pipeline growth for our Retail Execution platform. You’ll focus on identifying and engaging prospects within mid-to-large CPG brands and merchandising agencies.
You’ll be responsible for outbound prospecting via phone, email and linked-in, setting up discovery meetings, and helping us expand our reach. You won’t be expected to close deals, but you’ll play a critical role in initiating conversations and supporting our senior sales team in converting opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and research high-potential CPG brands and agencies across North America.
- Execute targeted outbound campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for senior sales executives.
- Track all outreach and pipeline activity in our CRM
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
- Join initial sales calls to take notes and help transition leads into the pipeline.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in SaaS, MarTech, or Marketing Agency services.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging cold leads.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Experience working with CPG or retail brands is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools
- A collaborative mindset with a desire to grow within a startup environment.
