What You’ll Be Doing
- Forge and grow strong partnerships with gaming providers, affiliates, and other key industry stakeholders.
- Identify and evaluate potential partners to support our growth strategy and enhance our market presence.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth implementation of new partnerships.
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and conferences—traveling 6–8 times per year to connect with industry leaders.
- Support the Chief Commercial Officer in refining and executing our commercial roadmap.
- Stay current with market trends, competitor activities, and evolving regulations to guide partnership strategy.
- Lead negotiations and secure mutually beneficial deals aligned with business objectives and compliance standards.
- Monitor partner performance, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights to improve ROI and engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or account management—preferably in the iGaming sector.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and gain trust.
- Skilled negotiator with a track record of closing impactful partnership deals.
- Solid understanding of the iGaming ecosystem, including providers, affiliates, and market forces (bonus if you’re deeply embedded).
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, in-office environment.
- Willingness to travel for events and partner engagement (6–8 trips per year).
- Data-driven mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Existing relationships within the iGaming community.
- Experience with affiliate networks or gaming platform integrations.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks in the North American iGaming space.
