Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collect data and generate progress and project billings based on details provided by Project Managers
  • Produce T&M invoices and post progress draws in ERP, secure executed statutory declarations, WCB clearance letters, verify billable labour and materials costs for all invoices
  • Communicate with Project Managers to verify invoicing information such as job, equipment, materials, hours of work and follow-up on spectrum approval status as necessary
  • Follow up on payment approval status or other required documentation and perform collection activities with customers
  • Set up projects & contract in InforLN (Jobs, CLIN’s) • Maintain project and customer master information for any changes (Project Status, Substantial Completion, etc.)
  • Assist Project Managers with updating quantities and change order information in ERP Reclass project activities as needed by Project Managers
  • Create purchase requisitions and perform receiving on purchase orders from operations
  • Support SPO processing from subcontractors
  • Match purchase order to invoices and liaise with Project Managers on variances
  • Prepare new customer set up forms for Corporate Finance
  • Prepare and submit customer statements as needed
  • Assist with customer application process and credit card payments
  • Provide ad hoc reporting as required
  • Assist with month-end activities
  • Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing and record management, photocopying, mailings, or letters
  • Other administrative duties as assigned by the Business Unit Controller

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A recently completed diploma or degree in any field is preferred
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Compensation:

The role is a permanent, full-time position with a typical salary range of $41,000-$50,000 per annum. The starting salary will be based on the successful candidate’s competencies, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and experience.
