BDC Customer Service Representative, Full-Time
Job Location: Client Contact Center, Saskatoon

- Follow up with dealership customers to gather information and improve customer satisfaction
- Develop and follow strategies and processes for maintaining contact with existing customers or dealership contacts
- Manage customer information databases
- Address customer complaints/concerns as necessary
- Conduct customer surveys to receive customer feedback
- Setting and confirming customer appointments
- Produce reports when necessary
- Be consistent and transparent
- Inspire others, so the sum of the whole becomes greater than its parts
- Have a passion for growth and advancement
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and handle deadlines and high-pressure situations
- Customer service guru, in other words a people person
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Computer literate and telephone saavy
- Passion for teamwork
- Organization skills that put Marie Kondo to the test
- Bonus points if you have call center experience
