• Supporting aligned individuals through a structured onboarding process
• Mentoring and guiding others as they shift their thinking and take action
• Staying connected to your own growth with regular training and community calls

• Communicate with clarity, empathy and confidence
• Are self-led, growth-oriented, and results-focused
• Know your way around Zoom, Google Workspace and social platforms
