What You Bring To The Table
Digital Marketing
- Support the execution of digital marketing activities: email campaigns, social media, landing pages.
- Perform updates to the company website
- Assist with campaign execution within marketing platforms (scheduling, content upload, testing, distribution).
- Help maintain marketing databases
- Contribute to the development, formatting, and publishing of content: articles, brochures, social media posts, newsletters, promotional materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to collect content inputs.
- Ensure brand guidelines are respected in all materials produced.
- Assist in the logistical planning and execution of marketing events (trade shows, customer experiences, webinars, internal activities).
- Participate in event setup and takedown, which may include handling physical materials and installing branded visuals.
- Be available for occasional travel or to work outside regular business hours (evenings/weekends), based on event schedules.
- Assist in coordinating cross-functional projects with internal teams (Sales, Services, Talent & Culture, etc.) to gather required information and ensure alignment with timelines and deliverables.
- Help maintain and update internal marketing tools such as calendars, templates, and tracking documents.
- Support communication and coordination
- Any other related tasks
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Previous internship or academic project experience in a marketing or coordination role is an asset.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Familiarity with digital tools (CMS like WordPress, email platforms like Mailchimp, design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Interest in B2B marketing or industrial/technical sectors is considered an asset.
