Team Lead

The Lifemark RTW program provides interdisciplinary care for injured workers in preparation for return to work. The Return to Work program at Lifemark Sunridge is looking for a Team Lead to join our team!

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the team & our business while living our leadership principles of Pride, Trust, Growth, Fun, & Accountability.

Location : Sunridge - 2121 29th Street NE, Calgary Schedule: Monday to Friday

Status: Permanent Full-Time

Your day-to-day in the role:

• Evaluate program success, including client and funder satisfaction & RTW outcomes.
• Collaborate with the treatment team, funders, & leadership to identify barriers and create solutions to deliver programming to our clients and stakeholders that we can take PRIDE in
• Support the GROWTH of our treating clinicians in their clinical and personal learning, including facilitating new hire training.
• Foster FUN for clinician well-being and team retention
• Create and implement plans for business GROWTH
• Problem-solve challenging cases with the treatment team
• Complete regular audits of reporting and program deliverables
• Complete regular 1:1 meetings with the treatment team to provide feedback and support
• Use budget information to assist the Clinic Director/Program Manager in business stream decisions and advise the team on stream direction, required caseload, managing schedules, etc.
• Combination of clinical role (40%) and leadership role (60%)
  
  
  

What you bring to the team :

• Registration with governing clinical body (Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Kinesiology)
• 2+ years of experience considered an asset
