On behalf of our Alberta based client, Procom is seeking a Project manager for a 11 month assignment in Canada, Ideally located in EST or MST.


Project Manager Job Details:

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) for pilot users and the integration of all data sources into and Microsoft Purview. This role involves managing the installation of additional infrastructure, extending sensitivity labeling on Windows, and ensuring comprehensive training, communication, and change management throughout the year. The Project Manager will also coordinate the production rollout.


Project Manager Mandatory Skills

• Between 5-7 years of Project Management experience using various Project Management Methodologies
• Proven experience managing IT Security and AI projects.
• Expertise with Data Protection and Data Loss Prevention technologies.
• Expertise with emerging AI technologies.
• Strong cross-functional team leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong understanding of enterprise organizational change management
• Expertise in business process management and customer-centric project delivery.
• Experience as a Business Analyst with the proven ability to analyze and document requirements, processes, data and systems.
• Proficiency across the IT project lifecycle
• Proven ability to deliver clear and concise project documentation
• Proven ability to communicate with all levels of management, both verbally and in writing, and in concise business terms.
• Experience working with global enterprises with regional requirements
• Proven ability to communicate with all levels of management, both verbally and in writing
• Proven ability to lead a project team, eliminate roadblocks, and manage risks
• Ability to demonstrate high level functional and/or technical understanding of the scope of their projects
• Ability to forecast resource requirements effectively
• Management of global infrastructure projects is considered an asset.
