Join Our Team as a Customer Care Sourcing Specialist at Epiroc!
Your Mission:
Epiroc Canada Customer Center is currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated candidate for the position of Sourcing Specialist to further strengthen the Customer Care Team. As the Sourcing Specialist you will be responsible for all local sourcing requirements that will help improve our overall efficiency, productivity and ultimately increase our ability to assist in our customer’s success Responsibilities:

• Manage supplier purchase agreements, purchase price updates and cost roll within M3 ERP system
• Support the PSD Business with structured local sourcing activities
• Collaborate with Regional and Global Sourcing to ensure we are compliant and following group standards
• Seek resolution with local vendors on nonconformances and warranty claims.
• Troubleshoot local supplier invoice discrepancies identified by the Accounts Payable team to avoid delays in supply.
• Analyze and take appropriate actions on supplier price trends, currency effect and market trends affecting the profitability and competitiveness of our market pricing to our end customers.
• Drive improvement activities with local supplier to assure profitable and competitive pricing in the local market.
• Facilitate and drive change management activities in close collaboration with divisional and local stakeholders with the objective to support and improve supplier performance.
• Collaborate and openly share business requirements and information with relevant internal stakeholders. Assure to have transparent and continuous dialogue specifically with the
• Pricing team members, Product Managers and Business Development Manager teams.
• Grow general technical and business knowledge to contribute to the overall success of the Business Line.
• Actively & continuously strive to improve our practices and efficiencies.
• Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor and communication with customers and internal staff at all times
• Participate in employee development programs including product and application training, business and personal development opportunities.

Your profile:
EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:

• Demonstrated experience & abilities in the relevant subjects.
• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications such Word, Excel, Outlook are an asset
• Must be self-motivated, detail oriented, able to manage multiple priorities and highly organized
• Demonstrated skills in working with sophisticated ERP systems such as SAP, M3, etc.

KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION:

• Fluent English is essential; bilingual in French Canadian would be an advantage.
• University degree in relevant field, e.g., Business, Economics or Engineering, or acquired similar competence through experience would be an asset
• Very strong analytical capabilities with a proven business acumen and customer orientation
