On behalf of our Technology client, Procom is searching for a Genesys Cloud Technical Product Manager for a 12-month role. This position is mostly remote but may require onsite work at our client’s Calgary office during team meeting days.


Genesys Cloud Technical Product Manager - Job Description:

We are seeking a Genesys Cloud Technical Product Manager to drive key initiatives within the contact center technology ecosystem. This role involves ensuring that Genesys solutions are technically robust and strategically aligned with business goals, contributing to the enhancement and optimization of the platform.


Genesys Cloud Technical Product Manager - Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define requirements for complex Genesys solutions.
• Manage the roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Lead the design and implementation of new Genesys capabilities.
• Provide expert support for development and ensure solutions are scalable and secure.
• Act as a liaison between technology teams and business stakeholders, gathering feedback and setting clear expectations.
• Enhance and optimize the Genesys environment, supporting the rollout of new features and evaluating new technologies.
  
  
  

Genesys Cloud Technical Product Manager - Mandatory Skills:

• Extensive experience with Genesys Cloud, including configuration, development, and implementation.
• Proven skills in Genesys Voice flows, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Strong product management acumen with experience in agile methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Genesys Cloud CX Architect, Developer, and/or Professional Certification.
  
  
  

Genesys Cloud Technical Product Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms like GCP.
• Understanding of NLU concepts and voice biometrics.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with contact center operations and KPIs.
