HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT
- Adjudicate PWA and claims.
- Responding to inquiries and requests from dealers through the warranty hotline.
- Assist Warranty Support Specialist as required.
- Other duties as required
- Completion of a secondary school diploma and college, e.g., diploma / certificate / trade license or an equivalent combination of experience and education
- Knowledge of Automotive technical.
- Good oral and written communication skills in both English and French
- Excellent MS Office skills (good knowledge of Excel recommended).
- Strong organization, prioritization and problem solving skills.
- General knowledge of I.T. systems.
