We are seeking an experienced Engineering Services Clerk (6 month contract) to provide administrative support to multiple engineering teams, including Equipment, Civil, and Mechanical/PE groups. This role is part of a high-performing division supporting large-scale infrastructure projects and involves a blend of scheduling, documentation, and coordination tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide admin support to 3 Equipment teams, 2 Civil teams, and the Mechanical/PE team
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and prepare meeting agendas and minutes
  • Support expense claims and assist with financial/admin documentation
  • Maintain organized records using document management systems
  • Provide backup coverage for other administrative staff
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all communication


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of administrative experience in a professional office environment
  • Strong communication skills and advanced English (written and verbal)
  • Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with SAP is an asset


This is a hybrid position based in Edmonds, with in-office presence 2 days per week (subject to change). You’ll be supporting a dynamic engineering team and contributing to the success of critical infrastructure initiatives.
