We are currently seeking an Office & Inventory Administrator to join our Accounting team at our Business Office located in downtown Halifax. The successful candidate will share and support our vision of providing superior quality customer service and an array of exciting products to our loyal customers. In this position, you will report to the Financial Controller; fulfilling administrative duties with the business office and ensuring the inventory integrity is at the highest level providing inventory support for our retail & wholesale locations.

- Data entry & fling.
- General office organization & maintenance.
- Answering phones & processing requests.
- Generating daily reports.
- Maintaining inventory movement data & cost verification.
- Maintaining inventory count schedules.
- Proving backup support to File Maintenance.
- Other duties as assigned by Controller.
- 1-2 years Operational/Administrative retail experience
- Business Diploma would be considered an asset
- HDS or Similar Front End System Experience.
- Inventory Experience
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word & Outlook
- Understanding of product flow, retail best practices including but not limited to ordering, receiving, costing, merchandising and POS.
- Highly organized and excellent communication skills
- Exceptional keying and calculation accuracy.
