About The Role

The Coordinator – Dealership Marketing plays a key role in supporting FFUN Group’s marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for executing and optimizing marketing activities that align with business goals and deliver results. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate campaign development between client, creative, and operations teams.
  • Support development of store-level marketing plans and briefing documents.
  • Monitor campaign results and collaborate with operations to optimize based on success criteria.
  • Support planning & submission of co-op funds, ensuring all submissions are made and reimbursement processes is completed.

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in a marketing or communications role.
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, email platforms).
  • A collaborative mindset and attention to detail.
