In This Role, You Will

• Enter data and process accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile banking information, general ledger accounts, and credit cards
• Record journal entries related to account tracking
• Manage the full accounting cycle
• Carry out month-end activities
• Scan supplier invoices
• Match documents related to the accounts payable process

With the following skills and qualities, you’ll thrive in this role:

• College diploma in Accounting
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office, and Accomba (an asset)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
