THE POSITION

Reporting to the President, the Product Manager is responsible for the commercial success of First Light Illuminated Traffic Paddle. This includes formulating and executing on a product strategy that includes Canada, the US, UK, Australia, and different applications – work zones and student crossing zones. You will be a key contributor within a multidisciplinary team in our pursuit of 9-figures in revenue. The right fit for our dynamic organization must be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, possess excellent written and communication skills, and thrive on growth.

How You Will Be Making An Impact

  • Develop and execute a product strategy for First Light’s Illuminated Traffic Paddle.
  • Work with a cross-functional team of department leaders to define the product roadmap.
  • Develop and manage a team of internal and external sales resources.
  • Participate in sales related activities as a key contributor.
  • Plan and carry out product launches for different applications and target markets.
  • Collaborate with product market with key insight related to markets, segment, product differentiators and messaging.
  • Provide insight to internal stakeholders on customer feedback, issues, etc.
  • Other related activities, as required

What Skills And Experience You Require

  • Degree or certificate in Commerce, Business Administration, or relevant field.
    • Preference to MBA graduates
  • Work experience in sales or business development.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident personality with the ability to speak effectively in various customer engagement situations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Impeccable time manage and priority setting skills.
  • Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft office programs.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • Availability to travel as needed
    • Canada, US, and abroad
