We are currently hiring for an entry level recruiter (sourcer) to join and support our corporate head office located in the Mississauga, ON area.
Please note - this role requires the qualified candidate to work in office in the Mississauga area - 4 times a week.

Job duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Proactively source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and internal databases.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Utilize a variety of search techniques and other sourcing tools to identify top talent.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and cultural fit.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely and professional communication.
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and internal teams to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Conduct market research to identify talent trends, competitor insights, and sourcing best practices.
- Several other duties as well
- Previous experience in a team collaboration environment (customer service, school associations, internships, etc.)
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Basic Outlook, Word, Excel, Etc.)
- Strong Communication Skills (English - Written and Verbal)
