What You Do

You will be passionate about having spotlessly cleaned, maintained, well-stocked, and totally awesome-looking rooms, ready on time. To make sure this happens every time you will lead, train, direct, coach and motivate the Housekeeping team, scheduling and organizing all their activities. What you do is imperative to the smooth and successful operation of Hotel Zed and you take pride in that.

Rebel Requisites

• Proficient in Housekeeping (1-3 years experience)
• Room cleaning, customer service / hotel / hospitality / supervisory experience an asset
• Post-secondary education in Hospitality is an asset, but not necessary
• Proven leadership potential
• Room cleaning, customer service/hotel/ hospitality/supervisory experience an asset
• Must be physically capable of carrying out heavy, physically demanding work – able to push/pull loaded housekeeping cart, lift mattresses, bend, kneel, etc. – all physical activities throughout the entire working shift
• Leadership, integrity, and effective coaching skills
• Exceptional organization and coordination skills
• Impeccable eye for detail
• First aid an asset
