QA Analyst

On behalf of our healthcare client, Affinity Healthcare Solutions is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst QA with a passion for quality, innovation, and continuous learning to join our growing team in the healthcare domain. This role is ideal for someone who is not only experienced in traditional QA methodologies but is also eager to explore and implement AI-powered testing tools to elevate our QA practices.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for healthcare applications.

• Lead the evaluation and adoption of AI/ML-based testing tools (e.g., Testim, Mabl, Functionize, Applitools).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI testing strategies into CI/CD pipelines.

• Mentor junior QA team members and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

• Analyze test results, identify root causes, and drive defect resolution.

• Stay current with industry trends in AI, automation, and healthcare compliance (HIPAA, HL7, etc.).

• Champion the use of AI-assisted test generation, self-healing scripts, and predictive analytics in QA.

Qualifications:

Experience/Education

• 5+ years of experience in software QA, preferably in the healthcare or regulated industry.

• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright.

• Demonstrated interest or experience in AI/ML tools for testing.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• A growth mindset with a proven ability to learn and adapt to emerging technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI testing platforms or building custom ML models for test optimization.

• Knowledge of healthcare standards and data formats (FHIR, HL7, ICD-10) preferred but not required.

• Certifications in QA, automation, or AI (e.g., ISTQB, AI in Testing preferred.
