Job Description

The Senior Analyst will be responsible for monitoring the collections process for Medisystem’s portfolio of accounts. The successful candidate will communicate with customers and business units in a prompt manner to successfully collect overdue invoices. The candidate will be involved in establishing and optimizing collection processes on the High Radius solution and supporting process improvements & documentation.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Monitoring assigned portfolio of accounts/transactions to identify and manage unresolved debts.
• Utilizing High Radius and SAP to effectively implement collection strategies such as sending dunning letters, calling customers, keeping detailed notes, and coordinating with business units on complex cases.
• Becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the High Radius (HRC) collections module.
• Negotiating account repayment schedules if required and establish terms of repayment plans when applicable.
• Presenting account status updates to the business units and managing reporting.
• Supporting overall team KPIs, objectives and initiatives.
• Collaborating in the development and implementation of AR automation & projects.
• Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• All other tasks as required.
  
  

The candidates should possess the following skills:

• A minimum of 3 years of previous applicable experience, or a combination of education and experience.
• Possess a customer centric mindset and have ability to negotiate positive outcomes for both the business and the customer.
• Ability to work independently and part of a team.
• Be flexible and able to adapt to change in a positive manner.
• Professional attitude and demeanor (communication & positive attitude).
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet required deadlines/targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, while offering constructive solutions.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite & database applications as Excel (pivot tables, Vlookups), OneNote, SharePoint, Teams.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Results Oriented – able to prioritize and consistently deliver on-time and accurate results.
• Strong work ethic and a team player.
  
  

It will be considered an asset for the position:

• Bilingualism (English and French).
• Financial experience in a corporate retail environment.
• Pharmacy, Retail, Supply Chain, Distribution knowledge.
• Experience using SAP.
• Experience using High Radius Cloud Solution.
