Role Details:

• Be a know-it-all when it comes to the K&K Curriculum and get creative with lesson plans to help your swimmers crush their goals
• Take on as many 4-hour shifts as you want and ensure flexibility in your schedule
• Keep an eye on progress and chat often with swimmers and their families to keep them up-to-date in their K&K journey
• Collaborate with fellow instructors
• Be ready to teach swimmers of all ages in a private/group lesson environment

The starting wage is based on your previous experience.

• $20-25/hr

Requirements:

• Passionate and excited to share that with your swimmers
• Available for at least 1-2 evening shifts a week
• Certified in First Aid, CPR and know how to swim (required). Other swim instructor courses are not required to apply - we’ll teach you the K&K way! Once part of the team re-certification is reimbursed.
• Ready to work independently or with others
• Flexible, reliable and ready to rock it
• Love working with swimmers of all ages
• Previous swim instruction experience is a bonus, but not a must
• Able to swim 25m of front crawl, back crawl, and breaststroke (required)
