Reporting to Manager Billing & Reporting, you will be providing support on both ACCA DPC and ACCLEYA DPC migration to AWS Project in the areas of pre-migration activities, implementation & roll out as well. With the extensive knowledge in the IATA Billing and Settlement Plan (BSP) and Data Process Centre (DPC) processes, main role is to assist several vendors in the seamless migration of the platform DPC system - IBSPS to Amazon Web Services (AWS).
What Your Day Would Be Like
Serve as the primary point of contact for external and internal stakeholders during the AWS migration process
Lead and manage engagement efforts with internal stakeholders (BSPlink, IFG, iiNET, IRIS, Mulesoft, SF, MDM, MINR, SIS, ASD etc) and external stakeholder (GDSes, Card Acquirers, Financial Institution etc) to ensure successful system integration testing for SFTP changes.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to the migration and system integration testing, Prod Business testing, Parallel testing and develop strategies to minimize operational impact.
Collaborate with technical teams to monitor the progress of the migration testing activities and promptly address any challenges, delivering Gap Analysis and Operational migration activities.
Provide regular updates and reports to internal leadership on the status of the externals and internal stakeholder onboarding.
Perform parallel testing output review and reconciliation
Conduct Master Data and Parameter validation on the DPC system
Provide L3 Support during the hyper-care period upon AWS migration
Document key processes and lessons learned to inform future migration efforts.
Maintain Good Documentation and Contact List of the stakeholders.
Expected to provide operational support for Billing & Reporting and Performance & Operations team, when necessary, as required by Manager.

University degree or equivalent experience (Technical profiles is an advantage);
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Air Transport Industry, with full understanding of airlines' value chain and IATA FSDS Ops;
Strong analytical skills, a proactive spirit and result oriented are essential, with the ability to think “out of the box” and drive continuous process improvement;
Ability to work as a strong team-player in a dynamic, multi-cultural, fast-paced and highly demanding environment is crucial;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are crucial, aligned with a strong sense of customer service ethics according to IATA’s corporate philosophy.
